Boy, do we have a lot to talk about today. Good grief. Hector Neris apologized for taunting Julio Rodríguez and denied using a homophobic slur, the Orioles clinched the AL East and re-upped with Bal’more for 30 more years, the Cubs’ broadcasters complained about a brief celebration, Ángel Hernández botched another call, and Curt Schilling betrayed former teammate Tim Wakefield. Along with all of that, Matt Olson set the Braves’ franchise RBI record, Corbin Carroll notched one-of-a-kind numbers, and Corbin Burnes reached 200 strikeouts.
