There was no baseball yesterday. There will be no baseball today, tomorrow, or Thursday either. While that sucks, longtime subscribers know that we do just fine here even when there are no games to talk about.

Today that means going over the World Series schedule, talking about recriminations in the Bronx, thinking about your World Series fandom, thinking about politicians’ fandom, hating it when our old friends become successful, and wondering why in the hell Kyle Schwarber was riding a mechanical bull on Sunday.

In Other Stuff a new Marvel trailer has dropped, we talk about California’s legal weed, California’s GDP, and is Bono buggin’ you? He didn’t mean to bug ya. But, really, intentions don’t matter, Bono and, actually, you really are bugging me.
