Managerial drama, qualifying offers, awards finalists, Geddy Lee, “Law and Order: Merrie Olde England,” my complaints about "Loki" Season 2, and stuff about buying marijuana

Good morning!

There was all kinds of managerial drama yesterday — some real out-of-left-field stuff — and we break all of that down. The qualifying offers are out and we talk about that too. We also discuss the BBWAA Awards finalists who, it’s quite possible, were inadvertently revealed, spoiling next week’s surprise. At least to the extent there will be any. Finally, I talk about Geddy Lee and his baseball memorabilia collection. And, while I have a bit of fun with that, I think it may be first Rush-related item I’ve ever written in which I don’t throw at least a little shade.

In Other Stuff we visit “Law and Order: Merrie Olde England,” I detail my issues with Season 2 of “Loki,” which is a subject about which dozens of you, at most care, and I have a thing about how buying marijuana back in the day was a real drag, man.
