Just before publishing this morning, Joe Biden took the lead in the vote count in Georgia. He did so thanks to votes from Clayton County, Georgia, which is part of the Atlanta metro area and which includes Georgia’s Fifth Congressional district. Which was John Lewis’ district before he died.
