Good morning! And happy 60th anniversary to the dawn of the Age of Conspiracies!
There are a lotta baseball items today: the Padres have a new manager, the Yankees have a new bench coach, and the Cardinals seem to be cornering the market on aging, back-of-the-rotation starters. Also, the Rangers and Diamondbacks allocating postseason shares inspired me to coin the phrase “Rickey Bucks,” a famous movie scene’s veracity is confirmed, and a former MVP and Cy Young winner has passed away.
