If you’re someone who celebrates Christmas I hope you have a merry one.
If you’re someone who doesn’t celebrate Christmas I hope you have a pleasant day. Which is probably made all the easier by having all of us Christmas celebrators out of your hair.
Whichever camp you fall into, know that today it is socially acceptable to start drinking champagne at 8am or so. If you have children under ten years old, you can start at 7.

My son opened his Legends of Major League Baseball book (author known well to everyone here), instantly recognized Babe Ruth and Jackie Robinson on the cover, but had to ask who the third guy (Pedro Martinez) was.
