The Home Run Derby went off last night and it was a hell of a lot of fun. Has been for the past six years or so, really, and below I explain why. Also, I talk about All-Star lineups, All-Star opt-outs, Stephen A. Smith’s day, Jim Bowden’s professionalism, and the Hall of Fame’s eye-rolling timing for Marvin Miller’s induction.
