There wasn’t a ton of big news over the weekend but we have what there was: the Hank Aaron Award winners, Yoshinobu Yamamoto’s dinner plans, Tyler Glasnow’s extension, Mac Scherzer’s bad back, the Royals continuing to stoke the hot stove, and the Dbacks bringing back a reliable bat.

In Other Stuff I talk about three very different movies: “Godzilla Minus One” “Living,” and “Love Actually.” And, actually, it’s mostly not me talking about “Love Actually.” It’s a guest poster whose opinions on the Christmas mainstay are, to say the least, a bit more pointed than mine.
