Good morning!
Today we discuss Shohei Ohtani’s deferred money. It’s a lot of deferred money. So much deferred money that Bobby Bonilla heard about it and said, “DAMN, that’s a LOT of deferred money!”
Also, we had a minor trade, some broadcast miscellany, and I spend a hell of a lot of time answering a simple question — what team do I root for? — that should be able to be answered in the space of one or two words but which takes me 1,687 words. Of course you know me pretty well and know that I’m not into the whole brevity thing.
