Creepy apparitions at the soon-to-be defunct Field of Dreams game, a lawsuit against Trevor Bauer, Wainwright's Coast-to-Coast becomes more official, and I ramble on about the nature of government.
Good morning!
There were unsettling apparitions deployed for profit-driven, nostalgia-exploitation reasons in Iowa last night, but that’s pretty on-brand for the Field of Dreams game I suppose. Hope you enjoyed it though, because, as we discuss today, there will be no Field of Dreams game in 2023 or, perhaps, ever again. In other news, Trevor Bauer has been countersued by the woman he choked out and beat up, and Tim Anderson went under the knife.
In Other Stuff there is news relevant to my very weird and idiosyncratic interest in walking 192 miles across England and I ramble a bit about why, to me at least, the federal government has never seemed like some scary or ominous thing.
